Hi there, I am Louise Hendrickx, founder of LOUIGIONTHERUN. I am a dedicated runner with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences. With my scientific background and years of running experience at the national top, I know exactly how to help people train consistently and stay injury-free while working towards their goals. I train to stay healthy and in shape, and to learn to run faster and longer without getting injured. Thanks to Louise's guidance and training schedules, I don't have to doubt how to best approach this; I know when to do which training so that it remains sufficiently challenging but still manageable and doesn't overstrain my body. My workouts are scheduled based on my availability, and the schedules include rest days at appropriate times for recovery and exercises to prevent injuries. It's because of the guidance and exercises I received from Louise that I've been able to rebuild my training in a healthy way after a persistent shin injury. Without that guidance and tips, I would probably have suffered a new injury right away and wouldn't have succeeded in getting back to running again.

Over the past years, I've often started running, but I've also quitted again and again. I couldn't keep it up because my heart rate was always too high. I didn't know how to build up slowly and then I would always get tired of it because I couldn't enjoy it. So, I needed guidance! The training sessions are designed in such a way that it doesn't feel like a chore, which is great when you have busy weeks and would rather stay at home.
